I collaborated with a team to create and execute the “Colour In, Stress Out” event. My role focused on crafting the event’s value proposition, clearly outlining the benefits for attendees. I also mapped out our marketing strategy, identifying the best channels to reach our target audience and creating a promotional timeline. I also contributed to the event’s overall design and execution, including programming and event flow. My creative skills were put to use in designing the event’s branding materials, including the poster and the group logo, which served as the core visual.
A highlight for me was landing three out of six sponsors, and the event made money, which meant we could donate the extra cash to the charity we were supporting. Overall, the event was fun and successful, demonstrating my ability to plan, execute, and manage an event with a team from concept to completion.
