I conducted focus groups, surveys, and in-depth interviews to uncover insights into consumer behaviour.
Leading a focus group was a great learning experience. I helped shape the research questions and guided the discussion to uncover valuable information about what people look for in a streaming platform. Analyzing the data and crafting recommendations for the report was also a rewarding challenge.
I also designed and conducted a comprehensive survey to understand public perception and equity of COVID-19 vaccines. Using Qualtrics, I created a questionnaire with various question types to gather diverse insights. The survey focused on identifying key factors influencing vaccine acceptance and distribution.
In collaboration with a classmate, I also conducted an in-depth interview to explore the core competencies required for a successful digital marketing manager. The research focused on identifying technical know-how and people skills that make a great digital marketer.
