I led the PR strategy for 7-Eleven Singapore at Blue Totem Communications for four years. Everyone knows and loves 7-Eleven, but keeping things exciting for loyal customers is challenging. My job was to think of story angles that kept the brand top-of-mind.
I spent my days writing or editing press releases, building relationships with media and influencers, and making sure everything we did felt like 7-Eleven. From product launches to fun contests, we brought the brand to life. We worked closely with 7-Eleven’s digital media and brand activation agencies to make sure all our messages were aligned.


It was all about creating buzz, whether it was through media coverage, social media, or influencer partnerships. I loved seeing how our work helped 7-Eleven stay relevant and connected with their customers.
