I led the development of L’Oréal’s #LessonsOfWorth campaign proposal for International Women’s Day 2022. This initiative focused on empowering women through storytelling and partnership. We collaborated with Dress for Success Singapore to create a holistic program that included a personal development workshop and a donation campaign.
The campaign achieved significant results, including a total reach of 2.7M and a PR value of $150k through 25 media and influencer engagements. We leveraged influencer partnerships to amplify the message and received the DEI Award from the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) in 2023.





Our work on the previous year’s IWD – #YouDeserveBetter campaign with United Women Singapore, which addressed domestic violence, also garnered recognition with an Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility award from Marketing Interactive and CSR Award from PRCA.

Beyond the IWD campaigns, I managed PR for several L’Oréal product launches, including UV Defender, Full Resist, Glycolic Bright, and Hyaluronic Acid, demonstrating my ability to handle high-profile accounts and deliver impactful results.
